Join us in Bucharest & Transylvania, Romania. Filled with historic churches, outdoor cafes and stunning architecture, the Old Town of Bucharest is the most romantic and enticing areas of the city. We'll also visit the Palace of Parliament, the largest and heaviest administrative building on the planet used for civilian purposes, and also the second largest administrative building overall, after the Pentagon. Heading north to Sibiu, one of the largest and wealthiest of the seven walled citadels built in the 12th century by German settlers known as Transylvanian Saxons. Sibiu's Old Town retains the grandeur of its earlier days when rich and powerful guilds dominated regional trade. Once in Transylvania, we will slow our pace and spend a day with the local people, a blacksmith, a young dance troupe, and our evenings in the forest looking for bears! Daily classes, on location help and edit/critique sessions make this workshop a must!
