Myanmar is a beautiful country and her history comes alive in the faces of the people we will meet. We will photograph the amazing golden Pagodas, and the chaotic streets of Yangon. In Inle Lake, we will rise well before dawn to photograph the fishermen and the floating market, and the small villages. We'll feed elephants in a sanctuary and learn how some in the country are trying to help reimagine a future for these magnificent animals. In Bagan, you can take a hot air balloon ride and sail silently over the 2000+ temples and stupas that seem to rise in the morning light through the fog.
This workshop does not include airfare to/from Yangon, Myanmar.
